Bigfoot Necklace
Bigfoot, as it is known in parts of the United States, is called Sasquatch in Canada, the Yeti or Abominable Snowman in Nepal, the Yeren in Asia, and the Yowie in Australia. Despite variations in name, Bigfoot sightings consistently describe an ape-like creature that is 6 to 9 feet tall, very hairy, extremely muscular, and uniquely foul smelling. Evidence of Bigfoot includes eyewitness sightings, footprint casts, photo and sound recordings, and hair and tissue samples. Proven hoaxes, self-reported pranksters and misidentification of deer, bear, elk, and even organgutans challenge the credibility of research. However, belief in Bigfoot remains strong, with many sightings reported yearly worldwide. Bigfoot is a self-perpetuating phenomenon, whose believers enjoy the mystery of the legends and the search for evidence.
